Meet Laura

My first ever job was as a 'Press Cuttings Assistant' for a global publisher. If that sounds made-up it is because the role was - I literally kept turning up until they made

a job for me!

That was way back in 2004 and since then I have spent my career working my way up the marketing ladder.

This means I understand just what it takes to achieve marketing success - whether that is stuffing envelopes until midnight or attending a gala ball at the Ritz.
In 2019 I established Never Forget Marketing.
And the rest, as they say, is history!

Our ele-Friends

We work with some amazing people and organisations - after all, we like being part of a herd!

Great marketing and communications is only possible with people - talented, ethical, passionate people.

So we work with freelancers, other agencies and large organisations to make sure we are always offering our clients the best possible service.

If you'd like a recommendation for a designer, a website expert or simply another agency that does things in a certain way, please just ask us!

The way we work

We believe it is vital for marketing professionals to feel able to try new things, make mistakes and learn together.

We work in an inclusive way that promotes ethical marketing approaches.

We work predominantly with non profit organisations and small businesses. We find both have limited resources and boundless passion, which inspires us every day to do the best we can.

We offer our clients advice and support while always keeping their best interests in mind.

So if you’re looking to rejuvenate your rumble,

then you have come to the right place!

Our values

Our values

Our Pro Bono work

We understand that not every charity can afford marketing expertise.

That's why we dedicate hundreds of hours each year to supporting charities with their marketing for free. We volunteer via the Media Trust and when we are approached by individual organisations for advice.

Charity of the Year

Our Charity of the Year in 2022 is Essex Carers Support.

This amazing organisation supports unpaid Carers in our local area.
