So what is Brand Purpose?
We have all been asked in an interview ‘why have you applied here?’ and what you really want to answer is ‘money.’ That isn’t really what we are being asked though and it’s the same for Brand Purpose. Money may be the contributing factor for the purpose of your business - even for a charity.
Brand purpose is essentially why your business exists beyond money. Your brand purpose should show the value of your business amongst the consumer and also wider society. What does it provide to the world?

Brand purpose is essentially why your business exists beyond money.
Your brand isn’t just a logo. It should represent your visions and this should resonate with your customers.
Your purpose must be as equally important to your customer/audience as much as it is to you.
Don’t be vague - this should be clear. It is your raison d’etre.
Your brand purpose should be clear throughout your business. This includes the people working with you. It should be more than skin deep.
