So, what is your brand purpose? It can be a tricky thing to define at times, but for charities it is vitally important. Having a clear brand purpose can add credibility and connect your cause to people on a personal level, motivating them to get involved or donate. More importantly, it can be the difference between someone reaching out to you for support or not.
